Michael L.Edwards

MICHAEL L.EDWARDS has served as President, Chairman and Director of
Virginia Gas Company since its formation in 1987. From 1983 to 1986, Mr.
Edwards served as Executive Vice President and Director of Petroleum
Development Corporation. Mr. Edwards is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the
University of California, Berkeley and he received an MBA from the
Stanford University School of Business.
