Michael Klayko

MICHAEL KLAYKO, President and Chief Executive Officer of Rhapsody
Networks, Inc., has over 26 years of experience in the storage, computer
and telecommunications industries. Prior to joining Rhapsody, he held
multiple executive positions at McDATA Corporation. Before that, Mr.
Klayko was Senior Vice President for North American Sales at EMC. Mr.
Klayko has also held executive sales and marketing positions at Hewlett-
Packard and IBM. He began his career in high tech at Docutel and TRW. He
holds a BS in Engineering from Ohio Institute of Technology.
