Michael K. Matysik

MICHAEL K. MATYSIK has served as the Senior Vice President, Chief
Financial Officer, and Secretary of Quinton Cardiology Systems, Inc.,
since April 2002. From May 2001 to November 2001, Mr. Matysik served as
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of DMX Music and
from September 1996 to April 2001, Mr. Matysik was Vice President and
Chief Financial Officer of AEI Music Network, Inc. ‘ both companies
dedicated to global media and technology. From October 1990 to August
1996, Mr. Matysik held several positions, including Vice President,
Finance, with Corning Nichols Institute, a provider of medical
diagnostic services and products. Prior to that, he was a Certified
Public Accountant with Deloitte & Touche, having held several positions,
including Manager, Emerging Business Services. Mr. Matysik holds an MBA
from the University of Southern California and a BA in Business
Administration from the University of Washington.
