Michael J. Rockenbach

MICHAEL J. ROCKENBACH joined Emulex Corporation in 1991 and has served
as the company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
since December 2000. Prior to that, he was Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer. From 1991 to 1996, Mr. Rockenbach served in senior
finance and accounting positions with the company. From 1987 until
joining the company, Mr. Rockenbach served in various manufacturing
finance and financial planning positions at Western Digital Corporation.
Most recently he was Manager of Financial Planning for the microcomputer
products division.
