Michael F. Bosworth

MICHAEL F. BOSWORTH, President, CEO and Chairman. Mike joined OrCAD as
President and CEO in October, 1991. In nine previous years at Mentor
Graphics, he was President and CEO of the company’s Context subsidiary;
Vice President and General Manager of the Design and Analysis Division;
and the company’s first Director of Marketing. Prior to that, he held
marketing and sales management positions in Hewlett-Packard’s Calculator
Division. Mike holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University
of Missouri and an MBA from Harvard University. Mike is a past-President
of the Oregon Council of the American Electronics Association and
currently serves on the board of directors of the EDA Consortium (EDAC).
