Michael Doyle

MICHAEL DOYLE joined EasyLink in March 2004 as Chief Financial Officer.
He is a seasoned executive with broad experience in strategic and
financial planning and analysis, accounting, audit, and process
reengineering. Prior to joining EasyLink, Mr. Doyle was the Chief
Financial Officer of D&B (Dun and Bradstreet – NYSE:DNB), Inc.’s $900
million D&B North America division. Prior to D&B, he held executive
positions at Cendant, Allied Signal (now Honeywell) and PepsiCo. He
began his career as a member of the finance department at Continental
Can Company. As the Chief Financial Officer of EasyLink, he is
responsible for financial planning and analysis, financial reporting,
accounting and control, cash flow management, billing and purchasing.
