Michael D. Pruitt

MICHAEL D. PRUITT serves as CEO of eResource Capital Group, Inc., as
well as President and CEO of LifeStyle Technologies Franchising Corp. He
was the Founder of Avenel Ventures, Inc., and Avenel Financial Group.
The latter was formed as a ’boutique’ financial services firm
concentrating on e-commerce and technology company investments. The
business took off for him immediately, and in order to grow Avenel
Financial Group to its full potential and better represent the company’s
ongoing business model, Mr. Pruitt formed Avenel Ventures, an innovative
e-commerce investment and business development company. Mr. Pruitt is a
long-time entrepreneur with experience in the trucking industry and as
owner of a manufacturer’s representative firm in the technology field.
His past entrepreneurial experience gives him the expertise to form key
relationships, to evaluate potential investments and to recognize a
strong management team. Mr. Pruitt received his Business degree from
Coastal Carolina University.
