MICHAEL D. DEVLIN has been the Chairman, President and Chief Executive
Officer of Boardwalk Bank, since the bank’s inception in 1998. Prior to
his work organizing Boardwalk Bank, Mr. Devlin founded Direct Financial
Corporation/Premium Bank, of Gibbsboro, New Jersey, in 1987 and was its
President and CEO until it was sold in August 1998. From 1994 through
1997, he also served as the Chairman of the Board of Direct Financial
Corporation/Premium Bank. Premium Bank grew to $350 million in assets
and was sold in 1997 to Telebank. Mr. Devlin currently serves as a
member of the Board of Directors of Marquette National Corporation, a
bank holding company based in Chicago, Illinois. He is a member of the
Board of Governance for the Vicariate for Human Services for the Diocese
of Camden. Mr. Devlin is a graduate of St. Joseph University.
