Michael C. Dailey

MICHAEL C. DAILEY is President and CEO of Dailey Capital Management, a
private equity investment firm founded by Mr. Dailey in 1997. Prior to
the formation of the firm, he was President and CEO of Triad Capital
Management. Not a single loss was incurred in connection with any
investment under the direction of Mr. Dailey throughout his 18-year
association with Triad. Simultaneous with his career at Triad and later
Dailey, he was affiliated with the commercial real estate firm of
Cushman & Wakefield. Mr. Dailey earned his Bachelor’s degree from Sacred
Heart University and an M.B.A. from the University of Bridgeport. He has
also done extensive post graduate work in Finance and Economics and has
been a frequent lecturer at such institutions as The Columbia Business
School. Mr. Dailey is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, The
Patterson Club, the National Audubon Society, the Fairfield County Hunt
Club, and the Saugatuck Fish & Game Club. He also serves as Trustee of
Sacred Heart University, as a director in connection with three
corporate entities, and as a member of the advisory board of Lafayette
American Bank.
