Merrill Banks

MERRILL BANKS is Chief Executive Officer of Lloyd Staffing. A team must
have a leader and in Merrill Banks we find all of the qualities and
experience that define the concept of leadership. Banks founded the
company in 1971 and continues to be its Chief Operating Officer. In
addition to its Long Island offices, Bank’s direction of the firm’s
expansion over the last 30 years has resulted in additional locations
throughout the eastern seaboard with additional locations planned for
key US cities. One key element in Bank’s leadership role and management
plan is his activity as an advocate of professional development within
the staffing industry. In this regard he has served as President of both
the Long Island and New York State Associations of Personnel
Consultants, chaired the Ethics, Law, and Certifications committees of
the State Association, and received the Industry Service Award, the
organization’s highest honor. Bank’s activities in professional
development on an industry level are combined with an emphasis on
individual growth and education.
