MAURICE PICH is President and Chief Executive Officer of Andromed
Inc. He arrived at Andromed in February 1999, bringing with him
over 25 years of international management experience. His most
important accomplishments were made in the biomedical industry
and include senior management positions. Among these, he was:
President of Whaledent International Sarl in Paris, a European
subsidiary which he created and led; President of Dentechnica, a
Montreal-based medical equipment company that he founded; and
General Manager of Dentsply Sarl, also in Paris. Using his
academic background in Marketing and Communications from the
Universit de Montral as a foundation, Mr. Pich has built a
solid professional reputation in the areas of strategic alliance
negotiation, company start-up and reorganization, and mergers and
acquisitions. Since June 2000, Mr. Pich has been President of
the Association qubcoise des fabricants de l’industrie mdicale
(AQFIM). He is also a member of the Metropolitan Montreal Life
Sciences Committee (MMLSC).
