Martin S. Headley

MARTIN S. HEADLEY has served as the Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer of Roper Industries, Inc. during a period of
strong profitable growth from July 1996 to the present. Prior to
joining Roper he served as Chief Financial Officer of the US
operations of McKechnie Group plc and as Controller-International
Operations for AM Multigraphics. Before working with industrial
products companies, Mr. Headley was engaged in a Public
Accounting practice with Arthur Andersen, conducting audit and
consulting assignments from a number of American and European
locations. Mr. Headley attended the University of Manchester in
England.
