Mark A. Pulido

MARK A. PULIDO is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of
BenefitPoint, Inc. Before joining BenefitPoint, Mr. Pulido was at
McKesson HBOC, Inc., as the President and CEO. Prior to that, he was the
Chief Executive Officer for Sandoz Pharmaceuticals Corporation and the
Chairman and CEO of Red Line Healthcare Corporation. Mr. Pulido brings
seasoned Fortune 100 executive leadership experience and deep
distribution channel management knowledge and experience to the
BenefitPoint Executive Team. He previously served on the Board of
Directors of the Charles Schwab Corporation and Imation Corporation. Mr.
Pulido attended the University of Arizona, College of Pharmacy where he
received his BS in Pharmacy. He earned his MS in Pharmacy Administration
at the University of Minnesota, College of Pharmacy.
