Mark A. King

MARK A. KING is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of
Affiliated Computer Services Inc. He brings to ACS over 20 years of
accounting and management experience. Mr. King has played a key role in
ACS financial reporting, acquisitions, management analysis, taxes and
accounting operations since he joined the company in 1988. Since
becoming Chief Financial Officer in 1995, he has helped ACS grow from
$300 million to over $2 billion of annual revenue. Prior to becoming
CFO, Mr. King served in several capacities, including CFO and Senior
Vice President for numerous ACS subsidiaries. Prior to joining ACS, he
was Vice President and Assistant Controller for MTech Corp., Manager of
Financial Reporting at Santa Fe Minerals, Inc., and was an Audit Senior
at Price Waterhouse. A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. King is a summa
cum laude graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. He also serves
on the Economic Development Advisory Council for the Dallas Chamber of
Commerce.
