Marc I. Perkins

MARC I. PERKINS is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Gunther
International, Ltd. Previously, he was Chairman and CEO of Perkins
Capital Advisers from 1992 to 1998; Registered Principal with PMK
Securities and Research, Inc. and its predecessor firm, Ruan Securities,
from 1995 to 1998; Chairman and CEO of Perkins, Smith, Inc. from 1985 to
1992; Vice President of Private Capital Management from 1987 to 1992;
and Vice President of Raymond James & Associates from 1981 to 1984. A
member of the Financial Analyst Federation, Bank and Financial Analysts
Association, and the South Florida Analysts Society, among other groups,
Mr. Perkins was also a member of the Barron’s Round Table from 1990 to
1998. He has been featured in a number of publications, including The
Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Forbes and BusinessWeek. He holds a
BS degree in mathematics from Ursinus College in Collegeville, PA.
