Manny Marrero

MANNY MARRERO is Chief Financial Officer of Mossimo, Inc., since
May 2002. He has over two years of financial and operations
experience in consumer products, apparel, software, manufacturing
and distribution. Mr. Marrero previously served as Chief
Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Interplay
Entertainment Corp., an international video games company. Mr.
Marrero is a graduate of the University of Southern California,
and is a Certified Public Accountant.
