Madeleine Paquin

MADELEINE PAQUIN has been President and Chief Executive Officer of
Logistec Corporation since January 1996. Her previous positions include
President of Nortec Marine Agencies, Inc., President of March Shipping,
Ltd., and Vice President, Planning of Logistec Corporation. She is a
Director of Logistec Corporation, also of the Alliance of Manufacturers
and Exporters Canada and is on the Richard Ivey School of Business
Advisory Board. She is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario,
BA, 1984 as well as Ecoles des Hautes Etudes Commerciales, Universite de
Montreal, DSA, 1989. She is married and has two children.
