M. Dewey D. Bain

M. DEWEY D. BAIN is President of Planetlink Communications, Inc.
Mr. Bain graduated from David Lipscomb College with a BA in 1971
and he earned his JD from the University of Texas in 1975. In
1999, he formed Independent Trust Administrators, where he
provides financial, investment, legal, estate and tax planning.
He currently manages $30 million in client assets. He began his
career with nine years of work as a trial attorney for the Texas
Department of Public Welfare and the City of San Antonio, Texas.
He then transitioned to trust administration and started the
trust departments at Bank One of San Antonio, the Compass Bank of
San Antonio and the National Bank of Fort Sam Houston. He served
as an officer in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps of the United
States Army Reserves for 10 years. He was admitted to the Texas
Bar, the United States District Court for Texas, the Texas
Supreme Court and the Texas Court of Appeals in 1974. He received
a Series 1 Insurance License in 1996 and Series 6 and Series 63
Securities Licenses in 1993. He is an inactive reservist in the
JAG Corps. He is Chairman of the Financial Counseling Committee
of Northside Church Of Christ. He holds membership positions in
the Finance Committee of Northside Church Of Christ, the Georgia
Chapter of AFLA and the Senior Care Neighborhood Niche In
Atlanta.
