Lorine Sweeney

LORINE SWEENEY is President & CEO of XCare.net, Inc. Ms. Sweeney’s
career spans over 20 years of successful executive leadership within the
commercial software, CD-ROM, and healthcare information industries. Ms.
Sweeney’s company affiliations have included Microsoft Corp., Great-West
Life Assurance Co. and Micromedex/Thomson Corp. Her responsibilities
have included diverse senior management experience with a unique
combination of demonstrated market-based technology innovation and
business management breadth and depth. Her management expertise has
spanned large corporations to founder of three entrepreneurial high-tech
ventures. Ms. Sweeney was the principal architect in the Development of
Clinical Knowledge Objects technology, a precursor to the CCOW HL7
standard and ActiveX in healthcare. She was also a principle contributor
and the master trainer for the Microsoft Product Development Discipline
at Microsoft Corporation.
