Lorine R. Sweeney

LORINE R. SWEENEY is President, Director and Chief Executive
Officer of Quovadx, Inc. Ms. Sweeney founded what is now Quovadx
in October 1997. She led the company through its IPO in February
2000 and has completed six strategic acquisitions since then. Ms.
Sweeney’s prior company affiliations have included Microsoft
Corp., Great-West Life Assurance Co. and Micromedex/Thomson Corp.
Her responsibilities have included diverse senior management
experience with a unique combination of demonstrated market-based
technology innovation and business management breadth and depth.
She received her BS degree in Engineering from the University of
Arizona and her MBA from the University of Phoenix.
