Lon R. Greenberg

LON R. GREENBERG is President and Chief Executive Officer of UGI
Corporation. He received his BS in Economics in 1972 from The Wharton
School of the University of Pennsylvania. He continued his education at
Villanova Law School where he received his JD with honors in 1975. He
also attended the Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program
in 1993. After clerking for the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, he
joined the law firm of Morgan Lewis as an associate in the Business and
Finance Section. He joined UGI in 1980 as Corporate Development Counsel.
Mr. Greenberg was Senior Vice President-Legal and Corporate Development
when he was named President of UGI in 1994. He became Chairman,
President and CEO in 1996. At the same time, he became Chairman of
AmeriGas Propane, Inc.
