Lloyd J. Kagin

LLOYD J. KAGIN is President and Chief Executive Officer of
HeavenlyDoor.com, Inc. Prior to joining the company in February 2000,
Mr. Kagin served as Senior Managing Director, Director of
Sales/Marketing for Josephthal & Co. Inc. In that capacity, Mr. Kagin
was the Senior Executive in charge of all aspects of marketing. This
included product development, branding initiatives, advertising and
establishing the firm’s Internet strategy. Prior to serving as
Josephthal’s Chief Marketing Executive, Mr. Kagin served as Josephthal’s
executive in charge of all sales and administration for the retail
distribution division. Mr. Kagin was responsible for $100 million in
revenues, $5.5 billion in assets, and 600 stockbrokers in 20 branch
offices. Prior to Josephthal, Mr. Kagin served as Senior Vice President,
Director of Strategic Planning, Branch Manager and Director of Mutual
Funds for Reich 7 Co. Mr. Kagin holds a BA in Neurophysiology from New
York University.
