Liz Robertson

LIZ ROBERTSON is CFO of NTRU Cryptosystems, Inc. She brings more
than 20 years of finance leadership with technology companies
ranging from startups to the Fortune 50. In her position as Vice
President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Robertson
is responsible for the overall financial management of NTRU,
including global expansion efforts, development of the
infrastructure and investor relations. Most recently, as CFO for
Authenica, she led venture funding initiatives, built systems
infrastructure, oversaw ERP implementations, managed investor
relations activities and established international subsidiaries
in Europe and Asia. Ms. Robertson has also held executive
management positions with Wang Global Corporation, Digital
Equipment Corporation and Deloitte & Touche. She is a Certified
Public Accountant and holds a BS in Business Management from
Simmons College. Ms. Robertson also completed the International
Management Program at INSEAD in Fountainbleau, France.
