Lawrence C. Leeds

LAWRENCE C. LEEDS, JR. is a Managing Director of Buckingham Research
Inc., as well as a member of its board of directors. He is a graduate of
Yale University and received his MBA from the Wharton School of the
University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Leeds was a board member of Carnegie
Hall for 20 years, as well as a member of the Manufacturers Hanover Bank
and Trust Advisory Board from 1976 to 1988. He is also a former member
of the Yale University Development Board, and is currently a board
member of Phoenix House and The Fashion Institute of Technology. Mr.
Leeds is an avid golfer and a former State Junior Champion, and has
completed four New York Marathons. He has been married for 41 years, has
three children and three grandchildren.
