Larry L. Prince

LARRY L. PRINCE is Chairman of the Board, CEO and has been a member of
the Board of Directors since 1979. Genuine Parts Co. specializes in
hardware, automotive and non-automotive parts. Mr. Prince joined the
company in 1958 and rose through its divisions over the years. His other
activities include membership in the following: Boards of Directors of
Crawford and Company, Equifax, Inc., John H. Harland Company, Southern
Mills, Inc., SunTrust Banks, Inc., U.A.P. Inc. – Canada, Past Chairman –
Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, The Commerce Club; Boards of Trustees
of Campbell Foundation, Tull Foundation, and Westminster Schools (Boards
of Trustees and Finance). He is also a member of the Atlanta Rotary Club
and Northside Drive Baptist Church. Mr. Prince attended the University
of Memphis. He is married and has one child.
