Kristen L. Magnuson

KRISTEN L. MAGNUSON is the Chief Financial Officer of JDA Software
Group, Inc. Ms. Magnuson joined JDA in September 1997 with nearly 20
years of financial management experience. She is responsible for
overseeing JDA’s finance, accounting, and human resources departments.
Prior to JDA, Ms. Magnuson spent seven years as vice president of
finance and planning for Michaels Stores, Inc. where she completed four
public offerings and negotiated five acquisitions and several capital
transactions. Ms. Magnuson was also responsible for investor and banking
relations, annual budgeting, long range financial forecasting and
strategic planning. Other positions include senior vice president and
controller for an $8 billion financial institution and principal in the
audit department at Ernst & Young. Here she gained software development
accounting services experience working with such companies as Sterling
Software. Ms. Magnuson earned her Bachelor of Business Administration
from University of Washington.
