Kevin Mallory

KEVIN MALLORY is Senior Vice President of Hyatt Development Corporation.
In this position, Mr. Mallory oversees Hyatt hotel transactions
including acquisitions, development and management contract
negotiations. Prior to joining Hyatt, Mr. Mallory was Senior Vice
President of Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, Inc. In that capacity,
he was responsible for all lodging related capital transactions, as well
as the company’s asset management function. Before joining Lend Lease,
Mr. Mallory was a founding executive at Starwood Lodging Corporation,
where his responsibilities ranged from the development of new business
ventures to providing strategic and daily oversight for the corporation.
He has also worked for Westin Hotels & Resorts, VMS Realty Partners, and
lodging industry consultants Laventhol & Horwath. Mr. Mallory graduated
from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel
Management.
