Kevin L. Nugent

KEVIN L. NUGENT was appointed Vice President Finance and Chief Financial
Officer of NQL Drilling Tools Inc. on September 1, 2003. From 1998 to
2002, Mr. Nugent was Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer
of Enserco Energy Service Company Inc. and its predecessor companies and
most recently was Vice President of SCF Partners, a private equity firm
specializing in North American oilfield service investments. A Canadian
Chartered Accountant, Mr. Nugent serves as Calgary Chair of the Faculty
of Management Advisory Council for the University of Lethbridge and as a
board member of Trace Energy Services Ltd.
