Kevin J. Yeaman

KEVIN J. YEAMAN is the Chief Financial Officer of E.piphany, Inc. Since
joining E.piphany in November 1998, he has taken the company through its
early stages as a technology startup company to running the entire day-
to-day financial operation as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to
E.piphany, he spent a decade of work in high technology with Informix
Software, Inc. and KPMG Peat Marwick LLP. As Informix’s Vice President
of Worldwide Field Operations, Mr. Yeaman managed a team responsible for
budgeting, forecasting, compensation and financial analysis in support
of the company’s sales organization. Prior to Informix, he spent a
decade with KPMG, managing audit services, mergers and acquisitions and
IPOs for both high-tech startups and multibillion-dollar companies in
the Silicon Valley of California and London, England.
