Kevin Foo

KEVIN FOO is Managing Director of Celtic Resources Holdings Plc and is a
graduate in metallurgy from Ballarat School of Mines in Australia. He
holds a MSc(Eng) and Diploma of Imperial College in London. He has had a
30-year career in all aspects of mining, including technical,
operational, project management and running public companies with
Aberfoyle Limited, Minproc Engineers and Bakyrchik Gold Plc. He has
worked in five continents including 10 years in Kazakhstan and Russia
and is a specialist in turning under-developed assets into operating
mines and oil fields in the Former Soviet Union.
