Kerry P. Gray

KERRY P. GRAY has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of
Access Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Director since January 1996. Prior to
such time, from June 1993, Mr. Gray served as President and Chief
Executive Officer of Access Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a private Texas
corporation. Previously, Mr. Gray served as Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer of PharmaSciences, Inc., a company he co-founded to
acquire technologies in the drug delivery area. From May 1990 to August
1991, he was Senior Vice President, Americas, Australia and New Zealand
of Rhone-Poulenc Rorer, Inc. Prior to the Rorer/Rhone Poulenc merger, he
had been area Vice President Americas of Rorer International
Pharmaceuticals. Previously, from January 1986 to May 1988, he was Vice
President, Finance of Rorer International Pharmaceuticals, having served
in that same capacity for the Revlon Health Care Group of companies
before their acquisition by Rorer Group. Between 1975 and 1985, Mr. Gray
held various senior financial positions in Revlon Health Care Group.
