Kenneth V. Huseman

KENNETH V. HUSEMAN has been President and Chief Executive Officer of
Basic Energy Services since April 1999. Prior to joining Basic Energy
Services he was Chief Operating Officer for Key Energy Services from
August 1996 to April 1999, where he identified and managed the
negotiation and closing of over 50 acquisitions to build Key into the
largest well servicing contractor in the US. He left the company for an
opportunity to turn around Basic Energy Services. Mr. Huseman was Vice
President/Mid-Continent Region at WellTech, Inc., from April 1993 to
August 1996 when that company was acquired by Key; from January 1978 to
April 1993, at Pool Energy Services, he held various Financial and
Operations Management positions with throughout the US. He left the
company to help turn around WellTech, Inc. Mr. Huseman has a BBA degree
in Accounting from Texas Tech University.
