Kathleen E. Brush

KATHLEEN E. BRUSH is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Rogue
Wave Software, Inc. Dr. Brush brings more than 25 years of successful
experience in the software industries in the United States, Europe and
Asia Pac, and 15 years of executive management including several
turnaround assignments. Dr. Brush first joined Rogue Wave in 1999 where
she served as VP of Marketing for Rogue Wave Software from 1999-2000.
Dr. Brush most recently joined Rogue Wave in October 2002 as VP of
Marketing and Engineering. Prior to joining Rogue Wave again, she was a
Strategy Consultant and VP of Sales, Marketing, and Business Development
for Stamps.com. She also held executive level positions with Seagate
Software, Ceridian Corporation, Boole & Babbage (now part of BMC),
Websence Inc., and Computer Network Technology. Dr. Brush has a PhD in
Management and International studies, an MBA and a BA in Pre-Law. Dr.
Brush has also authored and co-authored several articles and a book on
topics related to strategy, management, and technology.
