Joseph Hagan

JOSEPH HAGAN is Executive Vice President, and CFO of ArrayComm, Inc. He
joined ArrayComm in September 2000 from Ericsson North America, where he
served as CFO for a market region that quadrupled in size during his 10-
year tenure. Mr. Hagan headed up finance, legal, IT, purchasing and real
estate for Ericsson NA’s largest single market as it underwent rapid
growth, and he was responsible for the financial aspects of all of
Ericsson NA’s major agreements with carriers. In addition to overseeing
ArrayComm’s financial health, he is responsible for leading the
company’s legal and human resources activities. He holds an MBA in
finance from Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor of Chemical
Engineering from Villanova University.
