Joseph A. Prang

JOSEPH A. PRANG Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer Joe
serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Conformia. Joe joined
Conformia from the Mentor Capital Group, LLC mentoring innovative
technology entrepreneurs in product strategy, business development,
sales, marketing, and operations. A 25-year enterprise software
veteran, he drives corporate strategy, product development, operations,
and industry specific practice teams. He has experience in software and
services business models, and in all cases his companies emerged as the
market leader during his tenure. Joe’s operating roles span multiple
markets relevant to Conformia: Supply Chain / Materials Management: as
President of Aspect Development, the leader in inbound supply chain for
discrete and process manufacturing companies. Joe grew Aspect into the
most highly valued software acquisition in history ($9.3 billion by i2
Technologies in 2000). Product Development: as Division President of
Cadence Design Systems, Inc, the leader in development and project
management systems for engineers and scientists. Manufacturing and
Quality: as Division General Manager of GenRad Inc. the leader in
commercial manufacturing and quality management solutions. As an
industry veteran with substantial experience in start-up and public
companies, Joe has mentored multiple enterprise software companies
including Epic Design (now Synopsys), Agile Software (NASDAQ: AGIL),
Rightworks (now i2), and SupplyBase (now i2). He is currently on the
board of directors of Metreo, Inc., Cardonet Inc., and Trados Inc., and
on the Advisory Board of WorldChain. Joe’s industry affiliations
include membership in the Wine Institute, ASEV, and RAPS. Joe holds a
B.S. and M.S. from Purdue University
