Joseph A. Budano

JOSEPH A. BUDANO is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer
of Elgar Holdings, Inc. Prior to joining Elgar, Mr. Budano was Group
President of Acterna’s Multi-Media Group. Previously he was Vice
President, North American Operations for Wavetek Corporation. Before
joining Wavetek, Mr. Budano was a management consultant for the Boston
Consulting Group and held several engineering and management positions
with Motorola’s Land Mobile Products Sector. Mr. Budano holds a Master’s
of Management degree with distinction from Northwestern University and a
BSME from Boston University.
