John T. Baldwin

JOHN T. BALDWIN joined Graphic Packaging Corporation as Senior
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer on September 8, 2003.
He reports directly to Stephen M. Humphrey, President and Chief
Executive Officer of Graphic Packaging. Mr. Baldwin was
previously Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of
Worthington Industries, a leading diversified metal processing
company with annual sales of approximately $2 billion. He joined
Worthington Industries in 1997 as Treasurer. Previously he held
senior financial management positions with Tenneco, Inc. as well
as having been Treasurer in that company’s London, England
office.In addition to his bachelor’s degree from the University
of Houston, Mr. Baldwin earned a doctor of jurisprudence degree
from the University of Texas.
