John Steinbrecher

JOHN STEINBRECHER, 46, has been the Chief Executive Officer of
Electronics Boutique Plc since 1995. Prior to this role he was employed
by Electronics Boutique Inc as Vice President for Store Operations. In
1995, following EB Inc taking a 25% holding in the company, Mr
Steinbrecher was seconded by EB Inc to manage the retail chain in the
UK. On 1 January 2000, he ended his secondment from EB Inc and became
directly employed by EB Plc. With over 20 years experience in retail, Mr
Steinbrecher has been associated with the EB brand since 1987, when he
originally commenced his employment with EB Inc as a store manager.
