John Rhodes

JOHN RHODES, CPA, is Deloitte & Touche’s Managing Partner for
Pharmaceuticals and Life Sciences. In this role, he is responsible for
the firm’s services to pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical
technology and device companies. Mr. Rhodes has significant experience
with pharmaceutical, manufacturing and process industries focusing on
accounting and auditing, SEC reporting, business process and contracting
issues, corporate compliance, strategic alliances, research and
promotion collaborations, joint venture formations and mergers and
acquisitions. He has published in Pharmaceutical Executive and has co-
authored firm publications on the Life Sciences industry. He is a member
of the firm’s Manufacturing Industry Operating Committee.
