JOHN NEWLANDS has been the Chief Executive Officer of Time2Learn Plc
since January 2001. Prior to that, he was Finance Director and Acting
CEO of Pacol (and its group of companies in Paris, Almaty and Havana).
Pacol is a specialist commodity trader, notably in raw sugar sourced
from Cuba and marketed to the CIS. Mr Newlands holds a diploma in French
Literature from the Sorbonne University and an MA in Modern Languages
and Philosophy from St John’s College, Oxford. Mr Newlands is married
and has three children.
