John M. Greeley

John M. Greeley, Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial
Officers Mr. Greeley joined Phoenix Technologies Ltd. as Senior Vice
President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer in May 2000. Prior to
joining Phoenix, he was Chief Operating and Financial Officer of Leasing
Solutions, Inc. Mr. Greeley spent over 16 years at GE Capital
Corporation in various finance and general management positions. While
at GE Capital, Mr. Greeley served as President of Telecom Financial
Services, a wholly’owned subsidiary of GE Capital specializing in the
financing of telecom and data networks. He started his career in New
York City with Price Waterhouse Coopers LLP, and is a CPA. Mr. Greeley
is a graduate of St. John’s University with a BS in accounting and an
MBA in Finance.
