John Lavallo

JOHN LAVALLO was elected to the Board of Directors of takeoutmusic.com
Holdings Corp. on February 4, 2000, at which time he was also appointed
Executive Vice President, Business Affairs and Secretary of the company.
In January 2001, Mr. Lavallo was appointed Chief Operating Officer of
the company. From December 1997 through August 1999, Mr. Lavallo served
as an Attorney in the Business Affairs/Legal Department at Tommy Boy
Music LLC, a division of Time Warner. From March 1995 through November
1997, Mr. Lavallo worked as a Business Analyst at EMI Capital Music
Group, North America. Mr. Lavallo holds a JD, cum laude, from Michigan
State University and a BA, cum laude, from Drew University.
