John J. Masiz

JOHN J. MASIZ has served as the Chief Executive Officer, President and
Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vaso Active Pharmaceuticals, Inc.,
since the inception of the company. He has also served as the Chief
Executive Officer and Chairman of BioChemics since 1989. Mr. Masiz has
experience as an operations manager of high-growth companies as well as
having expertise in the biochemical sciences. From 1987 to 1990, Mr.
Masiz served as the Chief Operating Officer of Linsco Financial Group
(now LPL Financial), currently one of the largest private brokerage
firms in the United States. From 1985 to 1987, Mr. Masiz was with the
strategic consulting group of Coopers & Lybrand. Mr. Masiz is a cum
laude graduate of Colby College, with distinction in two majors. He
received a Juris Doctorate degree from Suffolk University Law School and
is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association.
