John J. Lynch

JOHN J. LYNCH, JR. has served as Chief Executive Officer and President
of bigchalk.com inc. since January 2000. He also serves as a Director.
From June 1999 to October 1999, Mr. Lynch served as a consultant to Bell
& Howell Company. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Executive
Officer of Jnana Technologies from August 1996 to October 1999. Mr.
Lynch was the President for CCH Legal Information Services from October
1988 to April 1996 and Head of Strategy for CCH from April 1995 to April
1996. He received his BA from Boston University.
