of Directors of Anaconda Mining Inc., GLR Resources Inc., Homeland Uranium
Inc, . MBMI Resources Inc, Nord Resources Corp, and Uranium City Resources Inc.
Mr. Cook previously served as Chairman of Wolfden Resources Inc and President of
Tormin Resources Limited. He is a graduate of Sheffield University where he
studied mine engineering.
