John A. MacDonald

JOHN A. MACDONALD joined Milkhaus Laboratory in October of 2000 as
President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining the company, Mr.
MacDonald was a Senior Executive with Pharmacia Corporation responsible
for global mergers, acquisitions and alliances. In addition, Mr.
MacDonald served as US head of Corporate and Business Development for
Pharmacia & Upjohn. During his career in the pharmaceutical industry,
Mr. MacDonald has developed and managed subsidiary companies in both
domestic and foreign markets. He is the chairman of the Deans Council,
College of Pharmacy, Ohio State University. Mr. MacDonald holds a BSc
from the University of Western Ontario, Canada, and an MBA with academic
excellence from Ashland University Graduate School of Business
Administration.
