Joel M. Bennett

Joel M. Bennett is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of JAKKS Pacific, Inc. He joined the company in September 1995 as its CFO and was promoted to the additional position of EVP in charge of overseeing all of the company’s financial operations in June 2000. He holds an MBA and is a certified public accountant. From August 1993 to September 1995, Mr. Bennett served in several financial management capacities at Time Warner Entertainment Company, L.P., including Controller of Warner Bros. Consumer Products Worldwide Merchandising and Interactive Entertainment. From June 1991 to August 1993, he was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of TTI Technologies, Inc., a direct-mail computer hardware and software distribution company. From 1986 to June 1991, Mr. Bennett held various financial management positions at The Walt Disney Company, including Senior Manager of Finance for its international television syndication and production division.Genna Rosenberg is Senior Vice President of Communications, Investor Relations and Philanthropy for JAKKS Pacific, Inc. She joined the company in 1999 and has since worked to integrate 15 acquisitions into JAKKS’ infrastructure. As the head of corporate communications for JAKKS, Ms. Rosenberg is the company’s spokesperson and is responsible for overseeing all public relations opportunities for its diverse brands and worldwide divisions. She is additionally responsible for the company’s in-house investor relations, working with buy-side and sell-side analysts, institutional and individual investors, and other key stakeholders in the financial community. Ms. Rosenberg also directs the company’s philanthropic endeavors.
