Jeffrey Peterson

JEFFREY PETERSON has served as Vice Chairman, Executive Vice President
and Director of Central European Distribution Corporation since its
inception. Mr. Peterson was a co-founder of Carey Agri in 1990, and is a
member of the management board of that entity. Prior thereto, Mr.
Peterson contracted with African, Middle Eastern, South American and
Asian governments and companies for the supply of American agricultural
exports and selected agribusiness products, such as livestock, feed
supplements and veterinary supplies. Mr. Peterson has worked with
international banks and United States government entities to facilitate
support for exports from the United States.
