Jeffrey Fishman

JEFFREY FISHMAN was named President and Chief Operating Office of One
Liberty Properties, Inc., in December 1999. Prior to joining One
Liberty, Mr. Fishman was a Managing Director with Cogswell Properties,
LLC, a real estate owner and manager in New York City. He was
responsible for negotiating the 23-year lease extension with Marriott
International, Inc., for their 800,000 square foot Corporate
Headquarters in Bethesda, Maryland. Mr. Fishman has over 20 years of
vast experience in the real estate arena. Mr. Fishman received his Juris
Doctorate degree from St. John’s University School of Law in 1983. He
graduated from SUNY in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science degree in
Business Economics. Mr. Fishman serves on the Young Leadership Board of
Seeds of Peace, an organization focused on conflict resolution among
youths from the Middle East.
