Janet Van Pelt

JANET VAN PELT is Chief Financial Officer of Telemate.Net Software, Inc.
She has spent more than 12 years leading the financial operations of
software companies. Prior to joining Telemate.Net Software, she was
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Peachtree
Software. Ms. Van Pelt has also served as Chief Financial Officer and
Vice President of Operations at MicroHelp, Corporate Controller at Samna
Corporation, Division Controller for Lotus Development Corporation, and
Senior Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions at The Hartsfield
Group. Ms. Van Pelt holds an MBA from Georgia State University and is a
Certified Public Accountant.
